My Xbox Game pass has expired and I cannot renew a subscription via the Microsoft website, as my Game Pass was an add-on bundled with my BT Full Fibre package. Clicking the link in the Microsoft portal takes me to the EE/BT splash page for customers to log in, and then there are no options to manage the add on in the BT Portal.
Please help!
