Hi I can't view my bill on line can anyone please help?

Have you recently set up your BTID?
If this is a BTID you've set up previously do you remember when were you last able to view your bill online?

Have you actually set-up a MyBT? Your BT id plus the password you were given (though this can be changed later)
Hi yes in MyBT looking. At my account and all I see is a set of colour balls jumping up and down.

As you can log in ok, but then can't view your bill is your username your email address? The username must be an email address now to access the bills. It was not a requirement originally but has been a requirement for the last few years.

Hi @Mykimbo1290, if your username is not your email address then Change MyBT Username will show you how to update this.
