Hello, I recently put in a home move on 11/04/2024 as we are doing a renovation. The service has not been fully activated as such either and when i track the order it is 'open'. When I was doing the home move order i also had to renew my contract so I am technically 2 months into a new 24 month contract. Due to renovation issues we are not going to get into the house for another 6-8 months and i rang today to cancel the order. Does anyone know if i will be charged for the remaining 22 months of the contract as i am past the 14 day cooling period or can i query it due to the service not being fully activated?
