Hi can someone please help. Have spent 3 hours trying to cancel Sports monthly pass without success. I'm demented! As an OAP I'm usually fine sorting things online but this has me totally derailed. Tried phoning, no joy. Followed all instructions but all I'm getting is 'add package'. Would greatly appreciate some advice/help. Thank you in advance.

I am sorry that you can't get it cancelled online. I am very sorry that we couldn't arrange for this to be stopped over the phone too as we can.

Hi @joan85, thanks for speaking with me earlier. The Sport subscription you had was for BT Sport on Sky and not the Monthly Pass so it couldn't be cancelled on the website. Any ways I've got it cancelled for you now:)
