Good afternoon my parents email is still linked to old account how do they cancel this and then add email to new account
When you say ‘old account’ do you mean their BTID that they use to login and see their account?
If yes they can add their new account to their exiting BTID.
They came back to bt after 12 months
I assume that when they login to MyBT they see their old BT account?
To add the new account login to MyBT. On the home page select “Your details”, then select “Account”. Then scroll down until you see “Multiple accounts” “Is there an account missing?” and on the right click on “Add an account” and follow the instructions.
