I have the same issue with the content partner section not showing a couple of weeks after the upgrade and therefore not being able to add the ultimate game pass even as a buy option rather than free. I've noted the comments on the two BTIDs and it seems I can select 'another' from the drop down on the website although there is no billing associated with it. I'm not sure how to get it removed in hope the content partner section appears!!! I made the mistake of telling the kids it was coming!
Any help/advice would be appreciated to progress. Thank you.

you can try billing and ask them to delete extra address
