Hi I placed an order for the broadband and it was due to come on the 27th… everything when though.. but yesterday I look on my bt and it says cancellation sorry your leaving… but I 100% have not cancelled.. I try to speak to someone yesterday but just keeps going from one person to another…
what would be the reason they have cancelled with no email or letting me know anything
