Please have your Vol reference number to hand. If we do not hear from you within 14 days we will assume your order is no longer needed and cancel it. In the meantime you can connect to a BT Wi-Fi Hotspot with your BT ID and password. Thanks.......

If you're within your 14 cool off period, you can cancel with no penalties but you must call the phone number to cancel.
