Have tried logging in with my BT ID, but it still goes back to EMail. Possibly as my BT ID used to be, I believe, one of my email addresses. How do I cure this!

Have you been able to access your BTID ok until recently?
Are you sure that the email address is the one actually used for the BTID as it doesn't have to be a @btinternet email address?
