Hi,
I cannot access MyBT anymore. After a login attempt, it takes me to the login page again with a "Something went wrong" message. If I try to be sent new credentials, it sends me back to the same "Forgot login details" without any other feedback (errors or anything).
Can you please advise?

are you able to log in using the phone app, like I can ?
Nope. It says "We are having a technical issue".
