I'm trying to add my account number EAxxxxxxxx to my BT account online. However i get the message:
Sorry, that account number doesn't exist. Please try again.
or
Sorry, we don’t recognise this account.
I'm looking at the account number on my bill so I know its correct. It is a BT Business account.

There's a separate platform for business customers with different T&Cs, maybe that's why.
Thanks for the swift reply. One of my screenshots above is from the website you mention, https://secure.business.bt.com/
And I was still getting an error. However now when i try to login to https://secure.business.bt.com/ it comes up with an error:
