I've recently joined BT with broadband, and I have a BT ID and wanted to add my account to MyBT so I could view my bills, and also access my joining offer.
When I add my account it says it has been added, and might take 5 minutes to show, but it doesn't ever show. I went through the chat option and a BT agent apparently added it, and said it could take 24 hours to show, but again, it hasn't been added, the below is all I can see still.
Even though the message has the option to go back to MyBT (in the yellow section) and the options at the top to select "Your Products" all these options just bring me back to this screen I've screenshotted above.
All I am able to do anywhere in MyBT is access my personal details!
Can anyone help me get this sorted?

I am sorry that this isn't working for you. We need to take a look into this as there appears to be something blocking your MyBT email address and your account from successfully linking to each other.
