Hi, I took a full fibre broadband package out (fibre 900) in April which was installed 12th May. There were no issues or changes with the installation/order.
I have checked top cash back a few weeks back to check the status of payment, only to find that it has been declined with no explanation. The cashback was a large incentive on me taking out the package and was for £85 which is a decent amount of money. I have contacted TCB with no reply.
Could someone please help with this ? Thanks I’m advance.

Have you raised a ticket with them to find out why?
