Change delivery address

Hi, I've just placed an order for broadband to my new address that I haven't moved into yet. Can I change the address to my current one? I can't see it anywhere on the order page.

Call BT Customer Service 0331.1234.150. They should be able to help, assuming it has not already been sent out.

Unfortunantly my phones mic is broken, water and phones don't mix well.

The chat line suggested cancelling the order and replacing at my current address, I'd imagine this may cause issues with getting connected ASAP

I think BT automatically links the delivery address to the address at which the service is required. So altering the delivery address to your current one rather than your new one could cause real problems
