Hi
I have a BT broadband package, a rarely-used landline and a couple of mobiles. I'm happy enough with the service as it stands, but I'd like to know how to go broadband-only.
The recent BT comms regarding Digital Voice tell me that I could switch to Broadband only - "visit BT.com and log in to view your options".
Hmm! Logged in but not a sign anywhere of how to change to broadband-only. Plenty of offers of costly upgrades with features I don't need, but nothing about how to just get shot of the landline and keep everything else.
Can this only be done by calling BT by phone? And would it involve setting up a brand-new contract, or can it be done by retaining my current service bundle?

It will involve cancelling your current contract and entering a new 2 year contract. The saving will be minimal, £2-£5/m and probably not worth the hassle until your current contract expires.

Re: Change package to Broadband-only
Thanks for that - I'll do as you suggest and wait until the contract expires.
