Claiming Reward Card Not Working

Hi,

I signed up for BT Broadband and was meant to be able to redeem a reward card.

However, when attempting to load the account with the reward on it I just get served a blank strip between the top and bottom site navigations.

I've tried in different browsers but I still can't access the reward card.

Is anyone able to help?

when was your activation day for broadband?

Hi @RickySwitch, have you set up your BTID? What is a BT ID and how can I get one? | BT Help

If you've already done this is there more than one account linked to this BTID?

Hi John,

 

Yes I have the account ID and have multiple accounts on there, but it's when I try and select the rewards from the correct account that I don't manage to see the page as it just goes blank.
