Claiming Virtual Reward Card

How do I claim my Virtual Reward Card.  There's nothing on my homepage, and the link to claim just takes me there.

Hi @GezC, sorry you're having trouble claiming your reward. Please log in to your MyBT and go to My Rewards (bt.com) and it should be available to claim there.
