Claiming my free gift card

I took out broadband and was offered a £50 Amazon gift card, I have clicked on the link and there is nothing on my account. Please can someone help

You'd need to be outside of the first 14 days of the contract before you are able to make a claim.

If that time has passed, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Account & Billing guides, who can access your account and help to get it arranged for you.
