Thank you David and thank goodness for BT Community! At least you have contacted me and kept me informed. Looking at my experience, Openreach appear to be the ones letting the side down.

Hello again David

Just letting you know that the extra phones have been received and are up and running. Very grateful for these, especially as I have a slipped disc, so rushing to get a phone in a different room is no longer an issue. I never remember to take phones with me.  🙄

I'll just leave it with you now, to do whatever it is you need to do with the charges, as and when.
