A BT engineer's visit was scheduled for 08.00 to 10.00 on the 17/10/24. At 09.46 that day, I received a message that this visit had been cancelled. I rescheduled for the following day. I understand I am due £30.49 compensation as this original visit was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please advice how to claim this.

Thanks for your reply. However, I have had two bills since this cancelled appointment on the 17 October and there has been no compensation credited.
All you can do is to call BT customer services and ask them why.
