Compensation for delayed installation
- I have been waiting since Early April for my fibre to be installed. Because of this it's costing me £15 a month more because I'm out of contract with Plusnet and I had a deal .
- Can you get compensation for the delay

Re: Compensation for delayed installation
The automatic compensation is paid daily if your services are not activated when BT said they would be, if however the survey detected the delay then BT won't of sent you the activation date, which means no compensation is payable because there's no missed commitments.
BT wouldn't compensate you for paying your old provider during the delay.
