Hi, My broadband went down for 16 days in August/September, I was told I would recieve £8.40 for each day I was without an internet connection, it is now December and I am still waiting for my compensation. I have spoken to customer services who fobbed me off with something about waiting for Openreach, then she said she would email her team leader and I would hear from them in a few days, that was over 2 weeks ago. Any advice as to where to go from here? Many thanks.

Automatic compensation?
Do BT publish the figures for the number of claims they receive and what proportion are dealt with automatically?
Of course things can go wrong due to human or computer error.
Glad you have this sorted now @Tusker123
Many thanks, you have been brilliant.
