this is a customer help customer community forum and your post does not go to BT  try going to 'help' at top of page then 'make a complaint' and go from there

you can also try the billing team with 'message us' and see if they can help and explain why if still paying you have been cut off    https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
