I have several complaints regarding service and billing.  I need an email address as it would be difficult to explain via live chat or telephone.

there is no email address just phone 03301234150 or message us in billing

@Bigyin362 - Don't bother phoning - they will only log the complaint and then close it without resolution or contacting you.

Unless BT have pulled their Code of Practice send an email:-
