Complaints!!!

Hi guys

What's the best way to make a complaint to BT to get matter resolved, sorry don't want useless first line support.  Bt trying charge me for a month that was restricted, why should I pay month I wasn't recieving fibre/landline.

By restricted do you mean you had no service at all or you had a reduced service for a period

If you were restricted for non payment, then you still owe for the service, it's part of the terms you agreed to.
BT provide a service, if you don't pay then you get restricted along with a late payment charge.

Why would BT or any company refund you or compensate you for not following your side of the agreement ?

What happens when BT don't stick to their side of the agreement?
And cause you stress and upset by piling on charge after charge after charge and then pile on late charges?

Why should I pay for a service I'm meant to be getting but not and also pay for services I never asked for?
