Content partner missing xbox

Hi I’ve upgraded my package on the 1st July but don’t have a content partner anywhere on my account when I log in on laptop? I’m trying to access my 6 month Xbox live pass but nowhere to be seen

Hi @Bignick1234. sorry you can't claim your Game Pass online at present. Get in touch with us using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of the guides will be able to request the code for the Game Pass for you from the Xbox team,

I did this earlier today and said it should be there now but still no luck
