Content partners section missing

Hi 

I recently signed up to Fibre 900 as part of a recent home move and received a confirmation email advising I could redeem 12 months of Xbox Gamepass via the Contents Partners section on the website. However, when I login this area does not seem to appear. 

I think looking at other threads the issue might be due to the fact I have multiple accounts (some old and no longer functioning) 

Can any mods help resolve?
