Their refund offers are tantamount to admission of liability and it would be interesting to know what legal force allows them to restrict the refund as a kind of punishment for the perceived negligence of the OP."
The line has to be drawn somewhere though otherwise what's to stop anybody phoning up & saying they never agreed to something years ago & getting it refunded?
