I signed up to BT when I bought my house last year, game pass stopped working after just a few months, BT could never figure out why and I got a partial refund to my bill, but even that was not enought to cover the price of having to buy game pass through xbox.
Anyway last week I signed up for a new bundle to avoid the price increase I was told this also came with 12 months xbox game pass but I have not received any email about this even though I was told I would have an email by the 22nd with detaisl of this.
On my BT it still shows game pass active until July but my game pass has not worked since around October time.
Can someone please help with this?
