Contract length

My contract recently renewed by default. Does this mean that it now renews month by month? I cannot find anywhere on MyBT that suggests my contract is for a year or longer.

Thanks for your help

Re: Contract length

If your fixed term contract has ended then you move to a rolling monthly contract but you may lose any discounts you had when you took out your fixed term contract resulting in increase in cost

Re: Contract length

BT fixed term contract do not renew by default. You have to enter into and agree a new fixed term contract.

When your fixed term contract ends you move onto a thirty day rolling contract, which means you lose any discounts you had a for being on a fixed term contract and you now only need to give thirty days notice to leave BT.
