I can see from earlier posts that customers have issues claiming their reward cards. I have received my email and a number of texts to claim my card but I am directed to the site with no option to claim. Any advice or help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward. Can you just confirm if all the orders have closed and you're connected now?
