On 1st October 2022 I had a default appear on my credit report from BT Consumer for £40.00 from 25th Aug 2020. I do not recall using bt at my current address. I need to resolve and remove this from my report. I rang bt and they could not find me on my address or name. Can someone help me to resolve this?????

I'm sorry you have a problem with your credit report. @Keith_Beddoe is correct. The best way to sort this out would be to raise a case with either Experian or Equifax and they'll contact BT to sort things out.
