I am LPA for an elderly BT customer who has is currently sectioned and won’t be returning to their home
I’m currently organising their affairs but struggling to engage with BT before I cancel their direct debits.
can anyone point me at BT welfare team?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, I have asked one of them to post here, and they will sort this out for you personally.
