Does anybody know if there are delays in BT processing returned kit. I returned my Broadband router on March 22nd and from the proof of posting it was delivered 2 days later on the 24th March. It's now nearly a month later have had 2 emails saying kit needs to be returned and it is still showing as awaiting return when I log into MyBT .

I am sorry that it hasn't been marked as returned yet. It can take a few weeks to update.
If we haven't marked it as returned by Wednesday, can you reply to my private message so I can get it cleared off for you?
