Hi there, I have mistakenly ended up with 2 BT accounts and would like to delete one of them as it has an old work email associated to it and the email I would like to use is already taken with a different account.
I understand this has to be dealt with by someone in your team via direct message. If a moderator or admin could reply and advise me I would be most grateful. Just to be clear, this is a standard BT account and NOT my community account.
