Hi there, I am trying to delink two accounts from my BT ID - one is an old but active account in another property, now owned by my dad, and the other is my actual account for my flat. My end goal is two separate logins for each account, no link at all between the two but noone seems to be able to delink the two or change the BT ID details despite each time saying it can be resolved. Is the only option for the old but active account to be cancelled?
I have been speaking to a number of BT representatives for c.1month but there has been no resolve as of yet. Can anyone help?!

I'm sorry there's some confusion with the accounts. I think the best option would be to remove your dads account from your BT ID so he can set it up separately. I can help sort this for you. I've dropped you a private message so please reply with the details and we'll take it from there.
