Deleting old accounts

How do I delete 2 old accounts from MyBT?  I used two different emails, one for each account, so now both emails "used up" and I'm unable to start afresh.  (The accounts were old telephone numbers which were closed.) Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks Sue

You can not do that your self. You will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and ask them to remove the old accounts.
