Hi there..I have the same issue. I want to delete an old account. I am trying to add my 6 months Xbox game pass but whenever I go on my products it reverts to the old account and I can't do it. I'm hoping deleting the old account will resolve this. Thanks
Hi @Arfa15, the Game Pass can't be claimed via your MyBT currently. Please submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 and one of our guides will be happy to submit the claim on your behalf.
