Hi I am having the same issue. I’m trying to claim a reward card but it keeps reverting to an old account. How do I resolve this

Please can anyone help me? It’s an old account and it won’t let mt delete that and shut it down so I can do a new one with my new id number the one that stars with GB then some numbers follow.

Welcome to the BT Community
Just to clarify you can access your MyBT account but the account linked up is an old one at the moment? Have you tried linking up the current account?
If you login to MyBT on the website, click Your Details> Settings> Account and under Multiple accounts click Add an account and enter the account number you want to link.
If you have any issues I would recommend trying to contact us via the online chat if you cannot call currently so that one of our guides can help with linking and removing the accounts.
