I was about to 'upgrade' to BT Halo 3 and saw a £9.99 delivery charge.
But as the online order form stated I would not receive a new BT Hub as I already have the latest - what can this delivery charge be for? This seems wrong. No new hardware should not mean a delivery charge surely.
Any idea what this is - or what route to best contact BT to determine?

Hi @Tim4158 thanks for your post, were you ordering Halo 3+ that includes the Hybrid connect service? If you were you get sent a 4g Modem.
