I was out of contract and have just signed up for a new package which includes complete wifi and BT TV. However, when I was on the web site signing up, under the TV heading it said that postage/packing was free, but when I came to completing the order there is a one off charge for delivery of £9.99. Not a deal breaker, but is there an inconsistency between the order page and the billing page or am I missing something?
Were you on complete wifi previously? If not the 9.99 charge may be for the wifi disc

You may well be right, but it is impossible to tell from the bill. It doesn't really matter in the great scheme of things, but I am not sure that I should have to guess.
Have you tried calling the BT Billing Team, 0800.800.150 who should be able to answer your questions.
