Returned Equipment Not Received

Hi, I returned all of my equipment 2 or 3 weeks ago but I am still getting emails from BT saying they have not received it and will be charging for it.

Looked everywhere for the postage receipt but haven't been able to find it. 

Can someone help?

Call BT 0800.800.150 to see what if any thing can be done if you do not have Proof of Postage.
