Dementia

Why is it such a battle to get a phone line and broadband put in for an elderly family member the communication from bt has been terrible we ve had it fitted after a mission and now we have no idea what the new phone  number is or the account number got text this morning saying new bill is available online couldn't view as haven't an account number

Terrible service from a supposed dementia friendly compay

can you not just phone your mobile from the new house phone and see the number?
