Didn't receive email containing transcript of online conversation I had with customer service assist

Hi,  I recently just joined BT today and placed an order via online customer service assistant. At the end of the  conversation, I had the option of having the conversation been sent to me by transcript via email.  Unfortunately I've not received the email containing the conversation I had. Now I'm unsure what to do as it contained important information which I need.

Hi @PSaunders77, welcome to the forum and sorry you didn't receive a transcript of your conversation.

You should've received an email confirming all the details of your order and hopefully this has the information you are seeking. If not try the chat team again and they may have access to your previous chat and possibly arrange it for you.
