Hi John,

No, there is no other supplier of Broadband since Robbie successfully cancelled it back in February. It was tricky to do but he came up with a solution for a landline only deal.

The March invoice included the adjustment for cancelling the broadband and the April invoice is just for a landline.

Nothing has changed from our side.

My father has received this email on 20th April confirming that he's on a landline only plan so hopefully this has now been resolved. Thank you to all for the support in sorting this.
