Just went through all the instructions to activate and registered with Discovery plus. I tried the other Chanels and they all work ok for playback but when it comes to trying to watch football match replay it comes up with an error message. It is a different error message every time I try. IB-1001 or 1002 network connection error. Only happens with sports. Either with the app or though the web page.

Is it affecting all sport replays or just one that you would like to watch?

Hi as of last weekend I’m also getting error -1002 how many times did you have to reset? I’ve tired everything off about 1000 times. Reset my device uninstalled app. Nothing works. My problem is is with tnt sport ultimate. Can anyone help?
