Do I need halo

Spoke to BT earlier to see if they can reduce my monthly bill, I have 500 full fibre, the BT rep said the only way they can reduce the monthly bill was to remove Halo from our package, do I need Halo?

If have it at the moment and you have never needed to use what BT state are the benefits of Halo then the answer is no you don't need it. It is just a marketing ploy to get more money out of you.

If you on Halo 3+ and dont use it . I would see if you can downgrade to just Halo 3 or get rid of Halo altogether.

BT seem to try and get customers on a Halo package just to get more money out of them. Even if they really dont need a Halo package.

Full Fibre 500 with BT Halo 3.        I have never used the features of Halo.

If you've been offered the chance to ditch Halo then I'd grab it with both hands. Anecdotal evidence on these forums suggest that's normally very difficult to achieve.
