Hi all
I seem to have two accounts linked to my BT account (which I wouldn't know why) and it defaults to a "Closed one" as stated on the Billing menu and it doesn't let me do anything apart from my personal details. I'm pretty sure it's the reason why I can't choose a deal to upgrade.
I've been looking for an answer here in the community but every post seems to be sorted via private message.
