Double Account

Hi all

I seem to have two accounts linked to my BT account (which I wouldn't know why) and it defaults to a "Closed one" as stated on the Billing menu and it doesn't let me do anything apart from my personal details. I'm pretty sure it's the reason why I can't choose a deal to upgrade.

I've been looking for an answer here in the community but every post seems to be sorted via private message.

Most who have posted with old account is to try CS 03301234150 or you can try billing message us. https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
