I have got online billing, and I can use it to get access to my calls. What I want to do, though, is to run an analysis of calls and durations over the last 12 months. Theres a lot of calls, so it would be a lot easier if I could download the call log into a spreadsheet and do the analysis there.
I've looked , but I can't see what to do. Is there a way of getting a download ?

It's easy enough if you have a subscription to Adobe, (less than £2/ month) you just open the bill in Adobe Reader and select "Convert to Word, Excel or Powerpoint" from the file menu.

Your logic set me on the right line, but I found you can do it within Excel itself.
My workflow was:
1. Download bill as pdf
2. open Excel
3. Data --> get Data --> from file --> from PDF
Youre then given a list of tables in the document - The calls are near the end
4. Import the table
Job Done!
